PUBLIC NOTICE
The Adair County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing the 8th day of May, 2024 at 9:15 a.m. at the Adair County Courthouse, 400 Public Square, Greenfield, Iowa, to have the second reading of Proposed Adair County Ordinance Number 40 – AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PLACEMENT OF LARGE SCALE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN ADAIR COUNTY, IOWA.
A copy of the complete ordinance can be obtained from the Adair County Auditor’s Office at the Adair County Courthouse, 400 Public Square, Ste. 5, Greenfield, Iowa, during regular business hours or can be viewed on the Adair County Website www.adaircounty.iowa.gov.
